Library Membership for students  & Faculty :

 

For enrolment as a member of the Central Library, you need to fill up the Library membership form which is available at Circulation Desk or download from the central Library website. For Faculty, Research Scholars, and Staff, the membership form duly filled-in with appropriate identification and further recommended by HOD and Respective school head should be submitted to Circulation Desk.

 

Location of Books :

 

You can search your location of books through QR Code System, KIOSK System and Web OPAC.

          Renewal of Borrowed Books: Users can renew the books borrowed by them if the same  

          books are not claimed by any other user. For renewal of books please bring the book to

          the library Circulation Counter.

 

Circulation Rules:

Textbooks are issued to all eligible members as per their entitlements.

Reference books, bound volumes, pamphlets, and standards are not for issue.

 

      Issue/Return/Renewal Timing:

Textbooks – Monday- Saturday: 10.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M.

Circulation closed on Sunday and Holidays.

 

 

Reference Service :

             Reference services are an important service provided by the library. It helps users to

             make full use of the resources available in the library. It provides guidance on the use

            of library resources and services, facilitates access to e-journals, e-books, databases,

            multimedia resources, and organizes library orientation programs for new users.
